Hi Ken, hope this finds you and Brenda doing well. Happy New Year.... this last article starts with the assumed "process"..... is that the same as the "assumed objective"? Please and Thanks! :)
I do eight exercises. Two are dynamic and six are TSC. I'm considering converting the dynamic ones because I greatly fear the greater impact of dynamic on my temperature spikes.
Two years ago, I was doing TSC exclusively. I do a couple of dynamic exercises now because I'm trying to introduce more loaded motion into my faulty shoulder and I now have access to reasonable good equipment.

PLEASE read "Transitioning..." Your question tells me that you have not.
sorry, I did, but it's been awhile
Reread it, but study it over and over... I wrote much of it and I often have to review it.
Ken, this is perhaps off topic but related to the article. How do you exercise now? Do you exclusively use timed static contraction?

Ken, care to share what this eight exercises are?
Gus Diamantopoulos and I have been writing an article since March that will provide more detail.
